The majority of our products are crafted to order. We do keep a little stock of the more popular items, but because of the wide range of products and customisations that we offer, we simply can’t stock everything as this would mean we’d need to stock millions variations.
Once payment for an order is received the order details will be added to our crafting list for the next available working day. Our crafting lists are usually handed over to the workshop every couple of days so it may be a day or two before your order is actually given to the workshop.
Once a product has entered the crafting process – depending upon the customisation options you’ve chosen and how busy we are at that time – it is usually completed within 10-14 working days. The average time from ordering to delivery is a week, and using our priority service we can usually dispatch the next working day if you require it, but please allow a maximum of up to 30-days for complete fulfilment from the date of your payment.
Please note that highly customised products such as bespoke sized satchels can take longer than 30 working days to create – depending upon the exact design you require – as it may take some time to determine your exact requirement and the best method for producing what you require. We will make you aware of any customisations you request that may take considerable time to complete.
Once a product has been crafted, it will go through a quality control stage and will then be packaged ready for
shipping. You will receive an email notifying you of the dispatch and containing the tracking number. All of our products are
shipped using a fully traceable carrier and you will be provided with the tracking details (unless you request otherwise and then sole responsibility of the delivery is your own).
All deliveries will require a signature to receive the consignment, so we suggest that you specify a work address for delivery if you are not going to be at home.
Domestic orders are sent using APC Overnight Couriers, who we feel are the best UK Courier Company and have an excellent success rate at delivering our products with a failure rate less than 1 in a 1000! They usually will arrive within 24-hours of the dispatch notice, excluding weekends. You can also supply delivery requirements (eg. “Leave with number 82, if no answer.”) that we will pass onto the courier on your behalf.
International orders are usually sent using DHL Air Express, Fedex or UPS however items being sent to either Northern Ireland, Russia, Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands will be sent via a Signed for service provided by Royal Mail. If there are any issues with a delivery please contact us and we will try our best to resolve this for you. We will also send using Royal Mail upon request, but this service is not tracked once it leaves the UK, so any failure of delivery is your responsibility.
The delivery driver will call you on the contact number you provide for the delivery address if they have any issues with delivery.
As stated above, a signature is required for delivery and so it’s recommended you use a work or alternative delivery address if no-one is due at home when the product is due to be delivered.
All deliveries are scheduled for weekdays unless requested otherwise. Domestic deliveries can be scheduled for a Saturday at the cost £10. The costs for international Saturday deliveries varies, but please speak to our customer service team if you require a quote for an Saturday international delivery.
