We endeavour to respond to every review on the same platform that was used to leave the review. We never ask for reviews to be removed (unless they are spammers trying to scam you!) We are a business that employs humans; when we have made a mistake; we would rather demonstrate how we correct our mistakes, as opposed to the easier route of asking for them to be removed.

Google My Business (GMB) is a free-to-use platform to help find local businesses in search engine results and to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Reviews left here help businesses like ours get listed in higher positions within the Search Engine Results.

Trustpilot is an independent business that allows people to leave reviews about a business. Reviews are stored in a meta-format that allows other services, like comparison engines, to access them.

Trustpilot's premium service has come under scrutiny because it allows businesses to remove reviews that they are not happy with and skew ratings if they are paying subscribers.

Facebook (aka Meta; the company we all love to hate!) also has a free-to-use review service. They currently don't charge for it, but there are plans to monetize the service, beyond what they currently do,

It's simple and effective, but use with caution as Meta are known to sell your data to the highest bidder.
