Have you missed the regular order date? Then don't worry! Our Eco-Express Service, which includes expedited crafting and express air-freight shipping (which is all Carbon-Offset), extends your ordering deadline to Midnight on Sunday, 10th December 2023.

Orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for the 25th December 2023. Whilst we will always give our best endeavour to fulfil all orders in time for Christmas, we cannot promise delivery by Christmas for order that are placed after the above deadlines.

If you want to give yourself the best chance of receiving your order in time for Christmas, once the deadlines have passed, consider purchasing from our Annual Workshop Sale. These pre-made pieces are ready for quick dispatch, and even personalized or custom retro-modifications can be completed swiftly, usually within an hour.
